Austin's Tree Service

I was in search of a reputable tree service to trim up four large pine trees on our property. During a conversation with a friend, Dave Nicholson, I was made aware of Austin. Dave was the Director of Public works at Lake J and told me Austin does work for them and all the residents in the Lake J community. That was good enough for me. I called Austin... he actually answers his phone / calls you back, and shows up when he says he will. Very refreshing! He is knowledgeable, confident, and eager to earn your business. He quoted the work and was able to perform the work that same day. He and his crew are professional, no nonsense, hard working folks. The cherry on top for me was when the crew was using leaf rakes to clean up the debris from all the pine tree limbs and trimmings in my yard. Front to back, Austin is the real deal and worth adding to any estimates you may have receivd from other tree companies.

I first encountered Austin’s crew as they were removing three 60+ year old oak trees on my neighbor’s property. After just a few minutes of seeing his crew scale the trees with ropes and gently lowering each branch one by one to the ground I knew that if I could afford them they were exactly who I needed to fell several aged trees on my property. After approaching one of the crew members asking if they do estimates he said he would send the boss over asap. Right around lunch Austin came over and the first thing out of his mouth was “thank you for your service” and shook my hand. He had apparently seen the military tag on my truck. I explained that I had several trees that needed removed and proceeded to show him. Austin took care to listen to me as the property owner and carefully considered my concerns. He recognized that these trees definitely needed removed and quoted me a very fair price so we made arrangements for their removal.
