Heartwood Tree Services Reviews
Christine K
A++ service. My lot is oddly shaped and difficult to get into which is why I was so thankful to find Jeff and his team at Heartwood. Their BIG truck lift helped them to safely remove tree limbs overhead of my home and get way up there in amongst the longleafs and trim back limbs. These guys are EXPERTS and really know a lot about the native trees in the Sandhills. I highly recommed using this service and naturally they are busy so be sure to be patient - their service is well worth the wait. This is not a service that anyone can just do. Thanks Heartland...(my longleaf pines also say thank you).

Jeff and his team were awesome to work with! They removed five of our trees, to include stump removal (grinding), which was not only at a great value, but exceeded my expectations. It looks far cleaner than I thought it would. In fact, one can not even tell trees had been there...incredible!

Heartwood came right out to give us an estimate on our dead tree about an hour after calling them. When I called them back several weeks later, they were able to take it down that day. Not to mention they have very reasonable prices!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
