Jay was on time and had all of the information that we needed to be able to protect our tree. Jay’s knowledge of his profession is unmatched. He answered all of our questions and we felt that Jay knew his stuff. Neighbor is wanting to cut our tree down or to at least cut enough of it so it can’t survive. Neighbor was out and was informed that if tree is cut and dies he can be sued. Jay was very professional and kept a possible heated situation under control. Jay went above and beyond what a normal arborist should do. Now the neighbor was not convinced to not cut on tree but we have what we needed documented if this ever goes to court. Thanks again Jay.
