The team came, hauled off, and cleaned up everything the same day. They even saved a nest of baby birds in the process. Ben made sure to personally call to ensure I was happy with the end product (I truly think if I had any issues he would have come out himself, or he would have had someone out immediately to rectify it.) Hope to never need emergency tree services again—but if I do, I know who to call!
