Professional Tree Care Reviews

We had a tree planted and my wife was given a verbal one year warranty on the tree. The tree died. We called to get a replacement tree and they claimed that they didn't give us a warranty. After a lot of back and forth the company said that they would replace the tree in good faith. However it has now been almost 3-4 months since contacting them and they still have yet to replace our tree and they are no longer returning our phone calls or texts. I guess we will just eat that 600 dollars. NEVER again will we hire them for ANYTHING !!!

When I was getting my trees trimmed, Pro Tree Care was recommended by my neighbor. They were around the same price as the other estimates I had received and they did a decent job. However, when I needed a stump removed, it was going to take 10 days to get an estimate. I wanted it gone & they had been on par in cost with my previous experiences, so I just scheduled to have them do it as soon as they could get me in. Unfortunately they charged me over 3x what I paid for my first stump grinding at this house and over 2x as much as they charged me for previous stump grinding.

I have hired this company do do tree work for several years. My neighbor uses them, too. They know their stuff! They are professional, tidy and pricing is in line with other companies. I believe Zack is a certified arborist and his dad has run a similar business in Enid for years. After a bad experience hiring someone to do limb removal after the ice storm, I decided I would not go that route again. Highly recommended.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
