We live on Hwy 31 and since the road was flooded for a few hours on Monday, our trash did not get picked up. Called the office about it and was told that since it was weather related it's not considered a missed pickup. My can is overflowing as we have been doing work around our house. I was told I could pay an extra $12 per bag on my next pickup date if I had stuff that wouldn't fit in my can. All I can say is WOW, what great service you have. Thanks for nothing.

We attempted to use this company for a roll off. Call center is where it goes first and then a sales rep in Tulsa. Left doesn't talk to the right and after taking our payment and CONFIRMING everything over the phone, we are told it is not in the system and there is nothing they can do. The front lady was extremely rude and NOT helpful. Their reviews should give you enough proof to not use this place for anything.

My trash is yet again forgotten about at the road. It has been sitting there since 6 am this morning. I have 3 children in the home that are in diapers and pull ups. Imagine how my yard smells right now. Along with the fact my house has trash waiting by the door to be taken out because my cans are full. Definitely not happy. Can't believe we have to pay for this
