Monster Tree Service of Portland Reviews

Valeria Ramirez (5)
I had a tall douglas fir trimmed in advance of a solar panel array installation. The limbs trimmed when the land was cleared were left sticking out bare 5-6 ft. The crew did a great job and the tree is healthier now as well.Win-win !

I am thrilled with the job that Monster Tree Service did! Not only was I quoted a price that was in my budget (they beat a competitor's estimate by about $500) but the crew was super-friendly and made sure that I was happy before they left. Everyone I've met at Monster has been great. Friendly, professional, and very easy to work with.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
