Bucket truck backed into our driveway, trimmed branches all around our lines coming into the house and never checked to see if the lines were safely away before pulling out and ripping the cable line from our home. I work from home and lost 5 hours of work due to this. Anyone who drives a bucket truck should know to check before pulling out. Not these guys. They also left branches and sticks all over and a driveway covered in sawdust. Fred the manager didn’t care, said it wasn’t their problem and blamed me. He also said I exaggerated the whole thing. How can I exaggerate a ripped down cable line? Pics to show debris left behind and cable line down. We need 5 more trees done and will not use this company.
