After a bad storm, four of our trees were damaged and needed to be trimmed up. I never dealt with a tree service before and didn't really know what to expect. I called a few other places and never got a word back. When I contacted Monster, they responded within the hour, had their guy do his estimate within three hours, and was able to communicate with their front office via text as I was trying to deal with my sick toddler. I thought their price was fair and scheduled them. The day of, they showed up on time, did all the required work, cleaned up, and charged the quoted price. Other than the trees being trimmed, you couldn't tell they were there.They had the right equipment and got their 72ft lift through my standard side gate! Very impressed and will call again when work is neeeded. Can't recommend enough.

Absolutely nothing but great things to say about Kevin and his team. I expressed my concerns about my yard since they were taking down a 30' palm, but he assured me that I'd never know they had been here except the tree would be gone. I'm very satisfied with the work, timing and cost. 2 1/2 hours and the tree was gone and my yard is like it was when they arrived.
