Ace basin tree service really took care of us. We had 6 large trees to take down in our yard and they showed up quickly and got the job done. They worked hard and quickly to help keep the job in our budget! We were very happy with the job they did!

Ace Basin Tree Service would never get my business or my family's business ever again. I paid Brandon Harley $1360 to cut two trees down, grind the stumps, and clean up everything on my mother's property. On April 15, 2023, they left the grinding from the stumps piled up on the yard and left about a six feet log, of the pine tree he cut down, in the ditch in the front of my mother's house. I spoke to Brandon several times about this matter. Each time, he promised to send his crew back to my mother's property to clean up the stump grindings and the six feet log, but he never did. I spoke to his father, Billy Harley, a few times, and he said he was going to talk to Brandon about it, but nothing was done. It's now been one month and a half and they still have not come and finish up what they have started. Now, when I call both Brandon and his father, Billy, they don't answer their phones or return my calls. This behavior is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I don't see how they are still in business when they are displaying these types of behaviors. I DON'T RECOMMEND ACE BASIN TREE SERVICE TO ANYONE..... RUN... RUN..... RUN!!!!
