Monster removed a large oak tree out of our front yard today. Their crew members were very professional. They explained the process and gave us an opportunity to ask any questions. They worked very quickly and were done before we had expected they would be. They did a great job cleaning up the area! We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree service!

The crew did a great job pruning our huge sweet gum tree that had dropped a large branch that took down part of a fence. Great coordination between them and they were polite and respectful, didn't take out a single bush or shrub nearby, and cleaned up everything very well.

I had a great experience with Monster Tree Service. I found them by searching the BBB page. I contacted multiple companies but Monster Tree Service was the only one that was prompt with returning calls, providing quotes and just showing up in general. I liked their digital quoting tool that had pictures of all the areas we discussed. We live 3 1/2 hours away from the property they worked so having confidence that what we discussed on the day of the quote was in deed what work would be performed was peace of mind. Tom spent a good two hours walking the property with me listening to my goals for the property and how we envisioned using the land. He then provided his suggestions based on our needs and our budget, giving us a lot to think about for now and the future. During the two days they were working on the property he provided updates via call and text and sent me multiple pictures as well as videos since I was unable to be there in person. My neighbors also appreciated how careful they were with the trees closest to the neighbors property lines. The final video of the total property at end of the second day left no doubt they have pride in their work and we picked the right company.
