A 20" diameter 30ft-40ft tall white oak tree fell on my house during Hurricane Dorian, puncturing my roof in several places and causing water leaks in the house. I called Palmetto Professional Tree Service and spoke to Robert. The next day first thing in the morning, Robert, Clayton,and his crew were there as promised, and began to remove the tree. After the better part of the day, they were finished. They removed the tree as well as all debris. The whole process was very professional, prompt, and a job well done! If it weren't for the tree stump in the woods and the holes in my roof, I couldn't even tell the tree had fallen. The yard was meticulously cleaned up afterwards. If actually looked like a landscape crew had been there! They were also nice enough to tarp my roof to cover the holes to prevent further water leaks until I could get the damage assessed and repaired. The roofer that came out for an estimate even commented on the tarp they put on my roof, saying that was just as good if not better than what his crew would have done! They even helped out some of my neighbors while they were in the area that had minor tree issues as well.
