In the year since he completed the work in our backyard including new fence, sprinkler system, sod and landscaping, for which no permits were pulled with the City, we've had the sprinkler system worked on twice and the landscape pavers used in the flower beds which were just stacked with no support are falling over. He's very good at trimming trees but that's it.

James put in sprinkler systems in both our yard and my folks' yard. It has been an unmitigated disaster. Some sprinkler heads were too low, others too high. The layout is unorganized, and in several places does not reach the whole yard. The manifolds were in total disarray - glue everywhere and leaks everywhere. We tried for several months to get him to come out and fix his low quality job, but to no avail. We have spent hours raising/lowering sprinklers and fixing leaks. My folks finally hired someone to help fix their system, and they informed her that it is the worst job they have ever seen. It's bad enough when the work is of such low quality, but even worse when combined with a lack of integrity and professionalism. We could not be more disappointed.
