Purchased just two burritos, my card declined due to the card machine say “chip not accepted” and the lady told me to swipe so I did, still declined repeated the process again and remind my card has plenty of money on it and she refused to use the other card machine that was right next to her and was very very rude about it. Lucky someone behind offered to pay for it. I would highly NOT recommend this place at all and another they have the women’s restroom locked up. And this lady was a older woman. 6/5/2020.

Went in to get some Sweet Tea and both dispensers were empty at 7:30pm. I asked the associate how long it would take to make some more. She said they would not make anymore tea until in the morning So, sorry to the rest of Crane coming in until the morning, but I drained what was left and topped it off with the rest of the unsweet. Pretty poor excuse for wanting to provide lazy customer service.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I travel that road almost daily and will do almost anything not to stop there. Every time I have had to stop there, I regretted it. It is the filthiest store, no matter what time of day. The bathroom is always locked and the associates are rude. Keep going!
