I couldn’t be more impressed with this crew’s work. On the fence about some major tree changes we needed to make, Sergio came out the same day I started the quote process and talked me through the good, the bad, and the ugly. He was knowledgeable, reasonable, patient, and professional - aware of ways to save by using brush pickup to benefit his customers, saving hundreds in waste haul. Ultimately, he cut down a huge oak, did two stump removals, a crepe myrtle removal, and trimmed two other oaks. And if things went a little sideways (we had a bad branch break our sidewalk a little and the roots of the oak broke and irrigation pipe), he fixed it and showed everything to me to make sure I was satisfied - not hiding or backing away from those extra little things that other companies would have easily brushed off and left. He accomplished all of this with a kind and helpful crew in one day and cleaned well before they left. Super impressed and future repeat customer, for sure.
