Brandon inspected and provided a fair bid but the detail to the inspection and determination of the correct pruning and depth was very detailed. Kyle and his team are absolutely wonderful! I had a tree that needed the removal of a very large broken branch, that had spilt and fell onto my neighbors roof and was inches from falling on power line. It was an emergency situation on a Saturday morning! Kyle was very responsive, and sent one of his amazing arborists, Jason to assess, and came up with a solution very quickly. They were so kind and communicative and put my mind at ease. Kyle and his team are very passionate about trees and explains everything that needs to be done and why. Everyone on his team was professional, courteous and dedicated to their work. They were respectful of my property and my neighbor’s property. They had to remove the side panel of my fence to get to it and they did so without damaging it or my neighbor’s fence. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and left my yard in better shape than when they arrived! They were a pleasure to work with…I can’t say enough. I highly recommend Texas Tree Transformations!
