Juniper Hill Farm Reviews

Don Capo (5)
Wasn't the highest bid, argued with himself while visualizing what could go wrong. Increased his bid as he worked through a plan he liked best and was still below what others asked. I was watching for safe procedure for every cut. Paul's skill and experience showed in every cut. The limbs just slowly tilted, and moved with the grace, assurance and accuracy of a ballerina's leg, and fell into his arm. And the whole team were moving continuously, stopped only for a short lunch break, never stopped moving until they were done, and left early.

Paul has been very responsive to our needs. He is competent, responsive, reasonable, courteous and a genuine good guy. He does what says he is going to do at the price quoted, what else do you need from a contractor.

I "second" all previous reviews! This man represents one of the two most responsive and excellent businesses we have recently used. We will ask him back!!!! Thanks Paul and Raymond.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
