Wise Electric Cooperative Reviews
Ben Brown
We have paid them multiple times and our bank and our statements show we paid yet they say we haven’t and cut the power. I’m a disabled vet who uses breathing treatments and Cpap and need that We have shown proof to the co op and since they are the only one that offer service they just blow it off and say you’ll have to pay again. When call and talk each time they are disrespectful, mean, and have no care just give more money. They are frauds and can’t believe that this is being allowed

Horrible company. Price gouging and trash lines. One tiny wind will knock out your power and it takes forever to get back on every time. Seems like they don't do line maintenance. Irresponsible and not to mention dangerous. We pay for a service, an overcharged service, but a service all the same. Do your job, or let go of your monopoly.

Wow! I thought it maybe just me, but after reading the poor reviews, I found there is a problem with Wise Electric, I have been a customer for 25 years, I have never had a problem for the first 23 years, but in the last two years I have had my electric bill go up by more than 100% with no life style change, other than one month it tripled in cost, I was told by the two young men who came out to take a look at why the increase, they told me it was my AC unit was not working well and needed servicing, I was told I would receive a $50.00 credit when I get it serviced, two months later no credit that I can see, every time I call I get the voice mail... What Happened to Wise Electric Coop I trusted for years to bring me electricity at a fair price? Looks like Wise county is turning into Denton & Tarrant County, no more "Mr. Nice Guy"

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
