Sunderland Tree Service Reviews

Sunderland Tree Service was awesome! They were at my house giving me an estimate within 30 minutes of me calling. I was concerned about a dangling limb and they were able to squeeze us in. Tree and limb are down, all waste was removed!! Hopefully I won’t need tree service again but if I do I am definitely going with them!!!

The team was so helpful, very polite and professional. They did a great job with everything we asked them to do. The price was very reasonable. looking forward to working with them again. Would recommend them for anyone that needed tree service. Thank you so much

We had a heck of a mess after a short storm and Sunderland was amazing! They were able to fit us right in. It's a small family, local businness, which I find to be the best way to go if you can.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
