Southern Exposure Tree Service Reviews

Kristopher Helms (5)
Southern Exposure did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. They priced the work reasonably and did a far better job than any previous company I have hired. This company has earned years worth of 5 star reviews. The work they did for me only confirmed the accuracy of these reviews.

Really happy with the overall experience. I ordered firewood for my mom in Colonial Heights. They arranged to have it delivered next day. Wood was stacked neatly. Friendly service. Even cut the logs down to size to fit her smaller stove. Highly recommend!!

I had a tree and brush that needed to be removed from my home. Southern Exposure Tree Service was exceptional. They showed up on time, were courteous, and friendly, worked efficiently, and showed great care for my home and my pets. Will continue to recommend them!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
