Old Oak Land & Tree Reviews

We love the job they do for us and our neighbors! They always clean up after themselves. This time they even ground up a couple of tree stumps from trees we cut down! Very respectful as well. Will call them when we need them again and recommend them to all of our friends.

A neighbor hired them to remove trees from their property. However, two of the trees were on my property. They did not check the property lines to ensure their job was correct. When I contacted them, I was not happy with the response. I passed the phone to my husband because the gentleman on the phone said that I must be "some kind of neighbor". I passed the phone to my husbandwho began arguing with him and the man on the phone told my husband that his nephew was a deputy and that my husband can go eff himself.

What a professional team. I had them remove 2 large birch trees growing next to my house. They took precautions to not damage my yard and house. They also grinded out both stumps.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
