Every part of the process from the estimate to the end result was absolutely fantastic. Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful during the estimate phase of the process. Once the removal appointment was set the crew showed up on time and was very communicative throughout the removal process. The owner even gave us a lessen in tree biology. Everyone on the removal crew was very professional and they cleaned up every bit of the mess. I will be using them again.

Over the past few years I've engaged Extreme Tree Company on 2 occasions, & each time they've done a "5-Star" Ace Job--performing every request promptly & courteously. Some of required tasks were indeed challenging--such as using a "knuckle boom crane" to cut a large oak, from top-down, which then had to be removed by carefully lifting each branch, limb & trunk segment OVER the roof of my 3-story house. (I had previously contacted 6 other tree services--who couldn't/wouldn't touch that job--before finally engaging Extreme Tree Company.) They performed that feat & many others flawlessly--& tidied-up everything beautifully before departing too. I'd heartily recommend their good services to anyone in SW Virginia!

Extreme was one of three companies we contacted for estimates on a huge job- four very large pines that were difficult to reach because of adjacent structures. Extreme supplied the most competitive estimate and visited us to explain how they would do the 3 day job. They brought in multiple pieces of impressive heavy equipment, including a large mulcher/chipper. They did an amazingly efficient job and cleaned up so you couldn't tell they had been here--except for the absence of the trees.
