Absolutely destroyed the image appeal of our property this past week. They are truly not professional & have no Arborist experience. They simply defaced people’s property & value. I feel like they cut so much of our trees improperly leaving our property looking awful & didn’t even cut further in the neighborhood. Just hopped around the streets. I fully understand the safety issue with power lines but they had no right cutting our trees in this manner. I am beyond livid that they accepted a contract & destroyed property appraisal value. These reviews should be in the negatives. It is beyond trimming & unjustifiable. Not to mention it’s going to be costly to repair and/or remove . Insane!

It's no surprise that this company is so poorly rated. While their crew was in a neighbor's yard removing storm debris, instead of safely felling a limb in pieces, they recklessly took it down all at once. It fell into our yard and damaged bushes. In the ensuing discussion, the crew leader was unapologetic and uncooperative. Jessica in the office, said that a field rep would be in contact. This never happened. You are advised, Dear Reader, to not do business here.

When they came to our street they were very respectful and listened to what we had to say. We all came up with a tree cutting plan that worked well for all. The crew on 1189 midvale ave james island were excellent and cleaned up everything after the job. Excellent work and communication. I have other dominion energy tree trimmers treat us horrible
