Jim is an exceptional arborist and tree care specialist. He’s very knowledgeable, passionate about his work and dedicated to his clients. He‘s also a hell of a guy and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Last summer, my two crape myrtles were almost destroyed by the dreaded barkscale. The bark was completely covered in black mold; the leaves were dying off; and not a single flower bloomed. I thought they were a lost cause until Jim came to the rescue. One year and a couple treatments later, they are totally revived and absolutely thriving. Jim kept in touch between treatments and even stopped by a couple times to see how the crapes were doing. Truly exceptional dedication and client service. Most of all, Jim is a really good guy and a pleasure to be around. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
