We have been using Bartlett for a few years and recently hired them to cut down seven old and diseased trees plus prune our very large Arborvitae and Kwanzan Cherry tree. Bartlett has pruned many of our trees over the past few years. They are the only company we trust to prune our very large Kwanzan Cherry tree and felt that Cory gave us a very fair price overall. We were very impressed and delighted with the outcome. Cory scheduled everything and ensured our neighbors’ property would not be harmed. The team did a great job! Martin did several jobs for me, I noticed when he was on his backhoe he worked very methodically. Martin also did concrete work for me, poured slab to extend my carport and by the walkout basement door; he also put a new sewer line in for me for a much lower price than who I ordinally was going to use. Cut down about 7 trees in my back yard.

We had a difficult situation. Trees were bending over the top of the house. Phillip and his crew were awesome. Very professional. Great at communicating and keeping in touch. They did a marvelous job. It was amazing to watch them work. I highly recommend this company.

Called to get 4 stumps ground. No one answered but I get a text saying text me. Which I do. I send him pictures with measurements and he texts me a price. I say OK when He says before Friday. Thursday I text and ask if he knows when or if he still is interested. Sunday he texts to say Monday afternoon. So I cancel my plans and wait. 3:30 I text to ask if he has a time. 5:20 I get an answer that says he's still grinding and they reach out to him. I tell them never mind. All I want is someone reliable. Who not ripping you off. This service is not that. Poor communication and no concern for other people. 👎
