Jim is an exceptional arborist and tree care specialist. He’s very knowledgeable, passionate about his work and dedicated to his clients. He‘s also a hell of a guy and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Last summer, my two crape myrtles were almost destroyed by the dreaded barkscale. The bark was completely covered in black mold; the leaves were dying off; and not a single flower bloomed. I thought they were a lost cause until Jim came to the rescue. One year and a couple treatments later, they are totally revived and absolutely thriving. Jim kept in touch between treatments and even stopped by a couple times to see how the crapes were doing. Truly exceptional dedication and client service. Most of all, Jim is a really good guy and a pleasure to be around. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

I had a 45 year old tree that had been damaged in a strong wind last June and I was so afraid that an upcoming high wind might bring the rest of the tree down on my house and do major damage. I called several tree services and the only one that would come on an emergency basis was Valley Tree. They came and took the tree down, possibly saving my house. The crew did excellent work, cleaned up all of the mess, and was professional in every way. I can't thank them enough and I would highly recommend their tree service.

Had a huge old silver maple tree fall on my house in a storm. Called Total Tree the next morning and Quentin had his crew here within the hour and by the next afternoon the tree was gone. The crew was very polite and professional. They were very careful with our yard ornaments that were not destroyed by the tree. We highly recommend Total Tree Care.

Professional. Reasonable rates. They did a fantastic job, exactly what we asked for, including clean up. We had two stumps removed and one tree trimmed. It looks like the stumps were never there, and the tree trimming was done right, all the way back to the main trunk. Highly recommend.
