I have completed a Contact Us Form, called and left FIVE messages with the company since Friday, December 23, 2022, with no call back or response. They stopped by our office building and dumped a large amount of deicing product in our parking lot. Most of it ended up in the Handicapped Parking Space causing a trip/fall hazard for anyone trying to use this space or access the entry ramp. We do not have a contract with this company, nor did we authorize this service. A callback to help rectify the situation could have gone a long way to resolving the issue and preventing this review. However, they are not even professional enough to contact us. Avoid this company at all costs.

This is the company that has the contract for the military housing I live in. The grass is always uneven and looks uncut after they’ve come and this week they couldn’t be bothered to clean their mess and left a huge mess for me to deal with on my front porch as well as a random giant branch and a mess from then trimming the bush in front of my house. Thank you for giving this military family more to deal with

These guys service my apartment complex, they tend to try and park their truck out of the way. My park space is normally empty because I park on the road so company doesn't have to walk so far when they visit. Anyway they parked in my spot, to keep their truck out of the road. I spoke with one of the guys about it saying I'd have company over in 20 minutes and asking if they could move it. He was very polite and dropped everything he was working on right then and there to move the truck. Considerate and adaptable, and I'm not even their direct customer. Thanks guys!
