Big Country Tree Services Reviews
Matt
I called Big Country Tree Services to come out and take a look at my large cottonwood tree and they came out quick. The service guy I spoke with was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using them again!!!

These folks are amazing people with warm hearts. My cat Mercy got outside after an altercation and climbed 40 feet up a tree stuck for 14 hours. With hours of calling fire stations, animal control, other arborist and got no help or advice especially with the windy weather. We called Big Country and they agreed to help us right away with the right tools and supplies. They got her down safely, efficiently, quickly and only asked us in return to donate to a near by sanctuary. You guys are amazing people bless you all!!

We have used Big Country a couple of times as have our neighbors and their pricing was competitive, they were friendly and they cleaned up well. I'll use them again for sure.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
