Chris Klueger is a professional. He is thoughtful and courteous. He went above and beyond on our job--literally. I asked him to take down a large, tricky branch that was directly over our neighbors' roof and above a delicate railing, and he dropped it down exactly where it needed to land. He also made sure that he cut out the dead branches that I didn't at first ask him to remove. He is responsive, reliable, quite reasonable in his pricing, and left our property with no trace of the job having been done--besides the fact that, thanks to him, the branch is no longer rubbing on our neighbors' roof. The tree looks great! Will definitely hire again!
