Bruce The Stump Guy, LLC Reviews
Mary Harrell
We are very happy with the work Bruce did removing our old stumps. He came as promised on time and did the job efficiently. The price was very reasonable too. Bruce was professional and nice to work with. We will definitely call him back if we need more stumps removed!

I called Bruce for and estimate and he showed up a day later in person. I explained what I needed done and he gave me a quote. Two days later he showed up and completed the job. The work to be completed was more involved than we expected. Bruce stayed about a hour more than expected to complete the job. He didn't ask me to pay any extra for the extra time. He cleaned up after he was done and was very professional. I usually don't tip anyone after we agreed on a price, but I gave Bruce a little extra because he is that good. He told me his dad taught him if you accept the job, do it right. Bruce does it right. His father would be proud.

Bruce did a great job on the stump we had in our backyard. Excellent communication as well - would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks Bruce!

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
