Capshaw Tree Service Reviews

Jim Foss (5)
If I could give more stars I would. They were outstanding from the quick bid and quicker service. Very professional and did a great job on the trees and landscape. Look at the pictures. Cleaned up and made our trees look new again. I would highly recommend them

I have a large cottonwood in my front yard, Capshaw tree trimmer was professional, friendly and respectful. He did a great job with the tree, I am very pleased with the outcome. They cleaned up the yard and left no trace of debris. They also trimmed a tree coming over the fence from the neighbors tree and did a very nice job with that as well. I thought the price was reasonable and fair for the job done. I highly recommend Capshaw.

I highly recommend this company for dangerous tree removals. I had a massive tree 3 feet away from my house. These guys did a tremendous job, they did not damage a thing and cleaned everything up after.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
