Customer Reviews for Precision Tree Service

Jerusalemplayroom Murrell ★★★★★

Searched Google for tree removal service to get a second quote. Joshua answered the phone, drove over, and gave me his honest opinion. I am very happy with the service 😀 …

Wanda McLemore ★★★★★

Very professional people that came-from owner to workers. Did a great job getting a huge tree down without doing any damage to my deck (close to tree). They cleaned up very good-even coming back to redo furniture on the pool deck (that wasn’t done correctly when they left). I really appreciate them doing that because I am unable to reassemble the table/umbrella set by myself.

Huel Young ★★★★★

Outstanding experience. Juston and his crew were awesome. Took a big hickory tree down quickly and hauled off all the tree and debris. The work was done from his high-tech boom truck parked at the curb. His price was competitive with the services that would have climbed the tree and taken it down in small pieces and they would have taken much longer and would have had to drag everything across the lawn. Could not believe how clean they left the lawn and street.

I had some trees that needed trimming, and I called 3 different companies and only Easy Tree Services returned my call. Pedro came out and gave me a reasonable rate and showed up on day as scheduled. All the trees were trimmed, and all the debris was removed, Professional and polite. I highly recommend this business

I used this tree trimming company to remove numerous limbs from hanging over my property and my swimming pool, while I cannot take anything away from the manner in which the job was performed, I must say that this job was completed on Monday which was the 10th and my birthday was on Friday which was the 14th,, my disappointment is aligned with the removal of all the trees in my yard, it is once again Monday and all of the trees limbs are still in my yard, needless to say that I am very disappointed that I had to spend my entire birthday weekend, all the family events and get togethers with all of these tree limbs in my yard, so many that both sides of my yard are full of tree limbs. I'm darn near at the point of devastation and for some reason I cannot get this situation resolved, apparently I'm going to have to pay for that myself. They told me what the service would cost and I paid them, now I'm regretting this decision to go with this company.

The work they did was done well, but they left without finishing the job. Entire tree is still waiting to be cleaned up and stumps were never removed. All attempts at communication have been ignored. Pictures show remaining tree and stumps - it’s been 7 weeks since work was done. Takes money. Doesn’t finish jobs.

There are so many great things to say about RJ Tree Service! Exceptionally knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. I have had a lot of work done by Wesley over the years. Big and small jobs. Each job has been exceptional, on-time, and on-budget!
