Eddie is passionate about trees and takes pride in the quality of his work. He’s got a bunch done in our garden and was honest and upfront about what needed and didn’t need to be done, pros and cons of each tree etc. He also doesn’t try to sell you a “subscription” like some companies do. The most impressive part was the trimming of the massive Chinese Elm and Silk Oak we have on our property. Eddie and his crew took a sizable amount of material from the trees, but when you looked at it afterwards you really couldn’t tell! That really takes experience and skill. Ned Patchett Tree Care and Consulting is a first class, thoroughly professional and exceedingly knowledgeable organization. A neighbor recommended them. I just had them remove one tree and trim/thin 14 others including 3 very tall redwood trees. Dan and his crew worked with me from proposal through clean-up and honored my objectives down to the branch!. Their bid was very fair considering the extensive amount of work. I am very happy with Monster Tree Service. They showed up on time with a full crew (5 individuals). They immediately started laying out plywood sheets where they would have to walk and carry heavy tree parts and heavy machinery. They were removing a very, very tall tree in my back yard. They protected everything from damage. They did not allow any branches to fall over into my two neighbors' yards, so my neighbors are happy also. After the tree was cut down into pieces and removed, they cleaned up everything. And I mean everything. My yard was so clean you could not even tell they were here to remove a tall, tall tree. My neighbors were so impressed, they said when they have a tree to remove, they will be calling Monster Tree Service. This company is awesome!
