We called Bartlett's because our Oak tree was covered in caterpillars - like swamped - it was out of control. They scheduled Bob White to come out the next day to evaluate. He suggested a very safe spray to eradicate the problem and explained the life cycle of the caterpillars and moths. They came a few days later and sprayed. Very prompt response. I was also a little worried about the spray because I have pets and kids but Bob made me feel at ease by sending me detailed information about the product they were using. Overall, we were very satisfied with Bartlett's costumer service, diagnoses, and treatment. Our oak is now clear of caterpillars!

Finally getting around to writing a review for outstanding work! We have a very tall Canary Island Date Palm that needed its periodic trimming and fruit removal (the dates attract rats, unfortunately). I sent photos, and Robin and staff wrote a proposal with details of what I wanted done, and what they recommended. Be sure to ask for no spikes. It's extra $ because it's harder to do, but well worth not scarring the tree. The crew did amazing work, taking care of the yard and plants below, cut several frond layers off, tightened up the pineapple, and removed the dates. They cleaned up afterward, including washing the sawdust off the house. Before and after photos are striking, we are very happy with it.
