Customer Reviews for Blue Ox Tree Care

Sherry Meek ★★★★★

Had a great experience with this company. They took the time to educate me as well as trim and treat my existing trees. I am impressed and will use again!

Nancy Kay ★★★★★

Travis did an excellent job of falling 3 large pine trees near our home and barn yesterday. He arrived on time, just for a quote, but the price was reasonable and he had the time so did the job that day. He is very experienced and knows exactly how to fall a tree right where he wants it. We will definitely use him again.

Jane Richards ★★★★★

Blue Ox Tree Care in Salida did a superb job pruning and shaping my trees at my new home in Buena Vista. All the staff I interacted with were very professional - they answered phones, returned phone calls and showed up on time! Travis, who did the tree work for me, took the time to explain what was needed and why. The trees were growing up against the house and were way overdue for a pruning. But more than just whacking off a few branches he really made the trees look beautiful and he did much overdo preventative maintenance on them. As arborists, the folks at Blue Ox know how to help your landscape trees withstand wind storms and stay healthy for years to come.

Great work, professionalism and educators. Josh and Alex were fantastic to work with. They cut down and pruned many large trees in our yard. Did an excellent job. Cleaned yard of all chips and dust. Will be referring Terra to friends and neighbors.

Jeremy and his crew removed 10 large Aspens that had died and were close to our house. It was impressive how they were able to "thread the needle" in bringing down these trees. Excellent value, great communication and very professional. The crew was on time and finished the job in less than a day! We intend to use Bristlecone for ongoing fire mitigation and property cleanup projects in the future. Highly recommend this company!

We are thrilled we hired Justin to care for our 100+ mature shade trees at the Four Seasons RV Park in Salida, CO. As new owners, we were disappointed our beautiful trees had been neglected for years. Justin and team climbed each and every tree giving them TLC and nurtured them back to life. Justin is an extremely professional and reliable arborist. I recommend Sage Tree Care whether you're a private residence or larger commercial business.

I needed a fence built in a challenging location. I talked to a bunch of folks and Ruben was the only person who inspired any confidence and seemed honest. He and his team built a really solid fence, working around boulders and in frozen ground in November. Ruben communicated well and frequently. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and responded well to feedback. They aren’t the cheapest, but they are the definition of you get what you pay for! I’d hire them again without hesitation.
