Customer Reviews for R&R Landscaping, Tank and Tree Removal

Janette Armstrong ★★★★★

We had great experience with Dave, Emma and their crew. Dave came out to check out one tree we wanted taken down, he then spotted another tree in our yard that he thought may have been infested with ants. This was quickly turning into a large expense. However, when R&R rolled up with the crew and all the equipment, we realized how much must go into this. Everyone was very respectful and they did a great job. Dave was on point with the tree infested with ants, it was hollow! It was a very large red oak that would have caused a lot of damage if he hadn't spotted it and recommended it be taken down. (See picture) When the job was completed, Dave brought over a load of top soil for us to fill in the divots. We would highly recommend using R&R!

5 gold stars are not enough..R & R gets 6 gold stars from me!!!! I needed a tree service to remove two very big trees in my backyard which could potentially fall on my house. I got quotes from other companies that only wanted to bring in big cranes and charge me a small fortune. Then I found R & R. Emma and David came to my home and I knew the moment I met them this was the company that could help me. David was extremely knowledgeable about trees and the removal of them. He was a wealth of information and helped me to understand what I was dealing with. David and Emma came up with the proper plan and within my budget. The end result....the weren't good, they weren't wonderful..they were were PHENOMENAL! The crew they brought in were polite, professional and respectful of my property. The complete service they provided exceeded my expectations from start to clean up. I am relieved that those trees will no longer be a danger to my 2 young grand-daughters who live there. To quote my 3 yr old grand-daughter "Thank you Emma for keeping me safe"

During removal of large trees by the road a falling log hit my high tension wires and caused damage to the house. Damon continues to deny the damage. It was clearly caused by a falling log. Very unprofessional behavior. A tool shed on the ground was also damaged and no one on the crew mentioned that either. When a contractor refuses to take responsibility for damage they caused it is a red flag. Stay away from New England Arborist Tree Care.

I had Jason come out to the house twice since November 2019 to take down several trees. Very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Connells Tree LLC to anyone. Their prices were great! They made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving and that I was happy with the work. They took great care for the safety of their employees as well as vehicles passing by the work area. Nothing rushed about them or their work. It wasn't easy with a few of the trees that were right next to my vinyl fencing. Not a scratch on any of the fencing. I look forward to hiring them again for more work on my property.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DC TREE!!! Small company HUGE RESULTS!!! From start to final cleanup I Couldn’t be anymore impressed with the quality of work from DC Tree!!! I had a huge tree that was not only storm damaged but old and falling apart, typically I do almost all of my own work but needed a professional tree company to take the tree down. DC Tree was able to take down the tree while avoiding any damage to my septic system leeching field and neighbors house or property. Not only were they able to avoid any damage but they had the tree down in no time and that’s because they DEFINITELY know what they’re doing!!!
