Contacted payneless tree removal to cut down two trees and grind the stumps. They came and cut down the trees and said they would return in 2 days to grind the stumps…like many other reviews stated, they never came back to grind the stumps. Sent 3 or 4 messages/texts to him asking him when we could schedule the stump grinding….no answers till a week and half later after I got tired of being ghosted and hired a different company to come take care of the stumps( marks affordable stump grinding). I understand owing a business, that you can get busy and may lose track of messages and might have to reschedule things but the lack of communication is a deal breaker for me. I will say they did come and take care of the trees in a timely manner that’s the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one.

Owner is a great business man who accommodated our request of seasoned firewood for fair price. Also, his business strategy plan us quite genius. Look forward to working with him again.

Hassle free and affordable. Super easy to work with. I explained what I wanted done and it was done above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.
