When I called requesting an estimate, Roger came to look at the job that very same day (it was a Saturday afternoon)! Then he called me that following Monday morning letting me know that he had a crew that would be over that afternoon to take care of everything. I was so impressed. Roger followed up with me that evening, asking me how everything turned out with the job. He’s someone who is a dedicated businessman and a truly good man who cares about his clients satisfaction. I've been trying to get in touch with them for over a week now. Calls go straight to voicemail and that's full so I can't even leave a message. Maybe this will get some results.
