We were wanting to get a very large oak tree removed that sat between our house and our neighbors, grinding 2 stumps and chasing roots. Requested quotes from a few tree companies in the area. Eben Gray had the quickest response and made us feel the most comfortable so we went with them. After requesting a quote, Zach called to set up a time that was convenient for us. He arrived timely, is very knowledgeable and answered all questions. He explained the process in detail and sent us a quote within 24 hours. We were satisfied with the price and turn around time. They did a wonderful job with communication before, during and after the tree removal. There were parts of our fence they needed to take down and they made sure to restore the fence after the tree removal. The team was really skilled and took all necessary steps to safely remove our tree and did an exceptional job cleaning up after. Zach was intentional with following up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with the job. 10/10 would recommend this company.

More than happy with their services. They have top of the line equipment and the team worked in a well orchestrated manner to finish the job in a fast, efficient and safe way. They even took my mailbox down to avoid damage and placed in back when the job was done. On top of that, their prices are more than reasonable.

Can't say enough good things about our experience. They came and removed a giant oak, we had wedged between our house, a fence, and a neighboring property, that was dead and falling a part day by day. Zach came out in less than a week after we requested a quote. He was on time, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We had 3 other quotes. One that was lower than theirs, one that was the same, and one that was ridiculously over priced at more than double this quote! When it came to price were willing to pay a decent amount as long as we felt the company would deliver an equal amount of service. We chose Eben based on how all of our interactions with them went (in person, email, phone, etc.) As well as reviews. They did not disappoint! They removed the tree while my husband and I were at work today. If it wasn't for the giant oak missing I never would have known they were ever here! Go with Eben Gray, you will be glad you did!
