Highly recommend!!!! We needed some trees trimmed andi started calling around. Mr. Brown came out the same day to look at what needed to be done and provided an estimate before he left. I agreed to the work and he came back in two days with a contract and for the deposit. He also provided his business license and proof of insurance. No one has ever done that before and I knew he was a true professional. We set up the date for the work. His crew arrived on time and set to work. Fantastic team. They were all friendly, professional, and enjoyed their job. He brought everything they needed for the job and clean up. Fantastic service. Mr. Brown is a true professional and sets the bar for top notch service.
D Brown Tree Service removed a tree from our yard. They arrived early and finished in less than an hour. The guys were friendly and very accommodating. When i contacted him, he immediately returned my call and was at my house in an1/2 hour with a quote. I would highly recommend D Brown Tree Service.
Mr Brown and his crew were awesome! They were punctual and professional! My plot of land looks 10 times better! Not only did he do an amazing job for me he also cleared my dad’s parents yard. OMG! I had a 22’ tall tree trunk that was deteriorating at the base. I couldn’t get another tree service to return my calls. Gaskin Tree Service took it down in a matter of minutes without any damage to my property. Didn’t have to take down my fence like I had been told. Very careful clean work and at a price I was happy to pay! I could not be happier with their service!
Sadly I regret every recommendation that I have made for this company. While the first time we used his service everything went great, things have apparently gone downhill. We reached out to have more trees removed in Sept 2023, the guy that was sent out to give an estimate on East Coast Tree Service behalf put a mighty big price tag on it and as our issue was not something dire we decided to post pone. Dalton himself called my husband repeatedly to talk to him about starting this project (these are the only phone calls Dalton initiated). We should have known better when he was promising everything under the sun to sweeten this deal and remit payment on the newly agreed upon terms. Things sounded great and as we had worked with him before we trusted him and paid in full of $3500. Now at that time we were told it wouldn't be until Nov 2023 before we could be put on the schedule - no problem. But we never heard anything from Dalton Grantham. My husband had to call him for communication updates Dec 2023, Jan 2024, Feb 2024 and here in March 2024. There is always big excuses, both business related and personal. But Dalton always would reassure us it would get done soon. These last few phone calls we were even told "it'll be next week for sure!". Those weeks came and went though and our trees are still standing. A week ago we requested a refund but for more excuses - our money cannot be fully returned because he doesn't have it, and our trees cannot be removed because he doesn't have trustworthy guys or the money to fix or rent equipment, among other reasons. He also cannot give any solid dates on or about payment arrangements either. I understand life happens, but this company is not as trustworthy as it once was and while I do hope he can manage to get back on track - it will not be with us as customers.
Shane has been my guy for about 4 years now. Whether it’s tree trimming, bush trimming, yard maintenance, brush clearing, or wood removal he is the guy. Prices are always more than fair, and the work is top notch. To make it easier he can do the work while i am gone and sends photos of his fine work. He is the only one i trust with my needs.
