Had numerous trees down due to storm. (1 large one hit the house and covered the entire roof). This was a tremendous mess in the entire front yard, but Monster Tree Service had all trees removed and cleaned up in less than a week. Kudos to Jackie, Bill and the entire Monster crew!!! Zach and his crew did an amazing job removing a 80ft red oak tree that was about 15 ft from the house and about 20 ft from the lake. His team made sure that they took care of our brand new fence during the entire process. When I came home from work, the tree was gone, fence intact and the yard was clean! I highly recommend them and would use them again!
America Tree Service went above & beyond with a recent tree trimming - both in customer service + the outcome. Management & service team clearly have years of experience. They patiently explained my options, and offered sound advice from their seasoned vantage point. I'm a fan and would call them again.
I don't understand how this company has any good reviews. The management in my neighborhood uses this company to remove trees. Every time they come out, they never clean up. They leave behind branches, tear up the yards leaving holes with their tractors and they have broken items in backyards. On the most recent visit they were supposed to cut down one tree. They ended up cutting down a patch of smaller trees on the opposite side of the yard, which has eliminated all shade and now the back of my house gets very hot. Am I a tree expert No. of course not, but on a previous visit they were able to drive a large tractor behind our houses to take down some other trees. They were right behind the newest tree that they took down and there was plenty of room for them to cut that tree without cutting down the smaller trees. in addition to cutting those other trees down, they left a very large, thick root sticking up out of the ground that a person could easily trip over! I'm adding this company to the ever growing list of companies that do not take pride in their work. Their employees are butchers that just enjoy cutting trees. I'm sure they would not want their yards trashed, but I guess they're ok doing that to the customers.
