I strongly recommend this company. We were advised by their arborist who took time to teach us what all of his recommendations would mean to the health and longevity of our trees. Communication and responsiveness are excellent. Our job was booked in a reasonable amount of time, the crew was prompt and careful with our property. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Shem, our arborist came to the job site to ensure that we were satisfied with the work and explained next steps. Truly professional job.
This was not my first time contracting with Bartlett and it won't be the last! When I called to set up an appointment with an arborist, in this case Shem Kendrick, they worked me in earlier. Shem was very professional, cordial and knowledgeable. I promptly received a quote, called to book and because of a cancellation, Shem and the crew were here in a couple of days. Milo and his crew worked like a well-oiled machine! Very pleasant and courteous, they quickly completed all aspects of the job exactly as I had discussed with Shem. Don't bother shopping around. Book Bartlett!
Back in March, I reached out to Bartlett Tree Service about grinding down some tree stumps in my backyard. While assessing the yard, Zachary, noticed several limbs hanging over my house and suggested they be cut back to avoid any potential damage to my roof during summer storms + hurricane season. I was very happy with his suggestions, especially when Hurricane Debby came to town. It was one less thing for me to worry about with my house!

Highly recommend Georgia Tree Solutions. Jonathan, Armando and the crew could not have been more efficient and professional. From quote to removal I had continuous communication, received emails and texts to meet my needs of communication. They kept me up to date on schedule and met my schedule when I had to travel for work. They took care that my property was not damaged as well as my neighbors. They were fast efficient and reasonably priced. Great company. No nonsense. Efficient. And fun! Will definitely call and work with them again.
Highly highly recommend!!! We got quotes from a handful of local tree services, and Arborman was the cheapest by half! Usually it's a red flag but we had a limited cash flow and really needed the trees down (we have 7 and one was growing into the house!). We decided to go with them. Parker immediately scheduled with Georgia Power to come and take the electric line down. He's always very responsive and enthusiastic. They showed up early on the day we scheduled and were getting everything ready for when the power company takes the line down. They brought a crane and their stump grinder. No wasted man energy. Everybody was doing something! The trees were down so quickly (but safely) one by one. I told my husband that I wish we had more trees for them to take down because I was just so impressed by their work. Highly recommend. Parker and his crew are great at their job!
Savanah Georgia Walmart area. Tried to give this company a chance to make right while distastefully discriminating and verbally abusing a veteran in this area seeking employment. They then refused to rectify with an apology. This companies time is limited If they do not make right!
