Customer Reviews for TrueNorth Tree Service LLC

Judy Vandegrift ★★★★★

Outstanding work! Two dead trees removed, yard and patio totally cleaned up...not a twig to be found. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Great service, thank you!

Jennifer Cloake ★★★★★

I absolutely loved working with Keene. He’s now our forever tree guy! Fair quoting process, upfront, and offered creative solutions that fit our long term goals and current budget. This year, we worked on fire prevention on the property. He also removed a tree that was too close to the power line and lifting up our concrete walkway. I can’t wait for him to help us clean up the rest of the property. Super easy to work with and always a positive attitude. Truly a pleasure. Highly recommended!!!

We had Keene out recently to trim up a maple off of our house and shop. He also removed 3 small stumps that the last tree service we hired failed to do as asked and left us. We will use TrueNorth Tree service again and highly recommend them.

Great service. Had them removed a huge tree in my yard. Called for estimate and got it same day. They came the next day and got straight to work! Will hire Sam again someday for future tree work.

Struck Tree Service did a super job on our old Poplar tree removal. Tyler was very quick to get us scheduled. The crew was fantastic, professional and super nice. They even checked all the holes for critter’s nests to make sure nothing was harmed! I loved that! Definitely a go to for any tree services you need! They cleaned everything better than it was!

He was the only one of three that got back to me. Talked to another service who said they’d come, never came, and when l called them, l was ignored. Lacey Kay called mea few times to confirm, came when he said, did what l asked and cleaned up well after. He could be a bit more easy to communicate with, but l definitely would recommend these guys

We had a 70’ fir that was dying. It was in a very ‘tight’ area in our back yard with a powerline to our house in close proximity. Eyron came out, suggested a few additional options and gave us a written bid. The remote controlled track boom was amazing! He and his crew were very careful and respectful of our yard and property. Four hours from start to finish and that included a great cleanup and stump grinding! We will use them again. Highly recommend. 5 star!
