They removed the trees, while being very careful of my drip line, decorative pots, and all other non-tree items. They are quick and efficient. They planted the trees on top of a mound they created and when the soil began to fall off and expose roots their first suggestion was to nail 2 × 4's to my wood fence to hold the soil in place! I insisted on "no" and had them replanted the correct level which should have been done the first time.
