Nathan and his guys are great. I picked out 2 nice mature trees with Nathan's help. The guys were very efficient and accurate with the planting. Nathan came out during the planting to check on things and i ended up buying a 3rd tree since the first 2 looked so good. I highly recommend Melad tree farm if you want nice mature healthy trees and great service.

We contacted Nate back in April of '24 about getting a mature tree to replace one in our front yard that was dying. We scheduled a viewing appointment, and despite the muddy conditions that day, we slogged around the tree farm and found a tree that we liked. Nate was very helpful in selecting a species that would thrive in our location. Nate's installer was punctual and courteous, showing up the day before to remove the existing root ball after we cut down the old tree, and installing the new tree the following day. He took care to ensure the new tree was correctly oriented and plumb. Nate dropped by to see how the installation was going, and again a few day later to recheck the installation. We are very happy with our new tree and highly recommend Nate and Melad Tree Farm if you need a new tree. Also, they have one of the largest tree spades in the NW, so big trees are no problem.

Nathan does an amazing job of helping you analyze what your needs are and understand what the best options are longterm for your landscaping. He is the best choice in Boise for mature, healthy trees to jumpstart your landscaping project. He has a lot of integrity and is generous with his time and his knowledge. He helped us make a good choice and avoid some problems we weren’t even aware of. We highly recommend him.
