Very pleased w/ their service! Showed them a picture of a stump needing removed in my front lawn. Replied back w/ an estimate same day. Got a phone call next day stating when they would come out and DONE. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend! Also, cost of service was same as the cost to rent a stump grinder which I've researched for hours for Peoria, IL. Included in the price was them filling in the hole! Can't beat that.

I was very impressed with the work ethics of the men who cut our tree down. They were diligent and conscientious and careful in not damaging our plants and yard in the surrounding area. They worked well together quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Ted Durdel tree removal. We had a total of seven companies give us an estimate. Ted Durdel was the second lowest in cost but the only one who discussed logistics of working in the confined space allowed. I highly recommend specially if you have a difficult tree to remove. Kudos to you, Ted Durdel and your employees.

They gave us an estimate last summer and said they were working 8 weeks out, but we would get a call in 7 or 8 weeks. No call. I called them several times and they never returned my call. I called them again this spring to give them one last chance. I spoke with a woman who said she would pass my message along, but still no return phone call.
