We closed on our brand new house on Friday and a tree fell on it on Tuesday the following week. The storms were terrible and the tree guys were so busy. We called Knoll and they came out immediately even though they had been working all day. They went above and beyond on every single aspect of our disaster. Not only did they take the MASSIVE cherry tree off of our house, but they did so without further damaging the roof, and even tarped the roof super diligently after. They even left us some firewood after they got done cleaning up all evidence of the tree. They did everything with smiles on their faces and made sure to help us remember stuff for insurance. I will never call another tree company again. Thank you so much for everything!

Carrie came out and did a great job of assessing each of my trees and letting me know how they were doing. She was incredibly knowledgeable. All of her recommendations seemed reasonable. Very easy to work with. Would recommend to others who want to keep their trees healthy

Mr. Oliver delivered on everything we asked of him. We were out of state and needed two huge Maples taken down, stumps removed. His crew did an excellent job taking down the trees and removing the stumps. They left the place clean even after working through some weather. Prentis and his team did an excellent job cutting down our two trees and grinding numerous stumps today. They were professional, and had the right equipment and skills to get the job done.
