Josh and hit crew are great! When we first moved in we had a dead tree at the front of the house. It was so dry it practically shattered once it fell. We called Knoll and they came out immediately even though they had been working all day. They went above and beyond on every single aspect of our disaster. Not only did they take the MASSIVE cherry tree off of our house, but they did so without further damaging the roof, and even tarped the roof super diligently after. They even left us some firewood after they got done cleaning up all evidence of the tree. They did everything with smiles on their faces and made sure to help us remember stuff for insurance.
