12/10 would recommend. Never had trees on our property growing up and just bought my first house this year. Property has mature trees, one of them was damaged and hollow, maybe from rot or a parasite. It was close to both my house and my neighbors house and I wanted it checked out. On-site came out and recommended it be taken down as our next project. They came out 3 or so weeks later. Took down the tree safely with no damage to either house or the properties. Clean up was phenomenal. They left me some wood as requested because we are in the process of building a fire pit.
