We had two large branches break off our tree and block the road outside our house in Dundee at midnight on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I called Luis at Cisneros Tree Service at 8 am. He was there looking things over by 8:45 am and had his crew there by 10 am The road was clear by 10:45 am. I was really impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency. Would recommend them to anyone!

Very unprofessional company. Blocked our drive way so we couldn’t go in or out. Leave tire tracks in our drive way even though they were not working on our property. Left trash in our yard after they laid new rocks down. Asked to use our garden hose and our water to complete their job. Kept going through our driveway and THEY WERE NOT WORKING ON OUR PROPERTY. Would not recommend unless you want damage and trash left after they do their job and use other peoples property to do their job.

Vinny's came and cut down my 40+ year old silver maple yesterday that was sick. They were communicative, informative, answered my questions and customer service was exceptional. They even persisted through the intermittent rain storms all morning. They were efficient and even repaired divets in my yard from the take down of this monster. I wanted an 8 foot stump to remain so my honeysuckle could grow over it as a statement in my front yard. They were cautious not to harm it even though it was already surrounding the entire base of the tree. The price was great compared to several other estimates from other companies around town and they used a lift instead of precarious climbing methods mentioned by other estimates. They even gave a fabulous quote to take down a smaller tree in my back yard that was a menace, so I accepted and they downed the 2nd tree before leaving. They cleaned up the big mess VERY well too! Definitely recommend Vinny's for anyone needing to take out problematic trees!

Originally thought it was going to take a couple weeks to get to me and the next day they called and told me they could get us in because they were in the neighborhood! Our tree looks great and their clean up was thorough. Other than of the tree being trimmed up beautifully, I couldn't see any evidence on the ground that they had been here. I will definitely use them in the future and will be recommending to my friends.
